Organized and Faster Than expected
Bowles is a fantastic company to work with. They communicated a lot, which I really like. They completed our pool and screen enclosure far faster than expected. They gave us exactly what we wanted and envisioned. Wonderful family owned company.Also, most of the negative reviews you read are during peak supply and demand issues with the pandemic. It wasn’t just Bowles having a very hard time completing projects and it’s a little annoying people even left those reviews when it was completely out of Bowle’s hands. At least that’s what I assumed when I read them, so they were easy to ignore. We had a neighbor with a pool project from another company that was started before ours without a screen enclosure that was completed after ours. I also noticed that company took a very long time to clean up after their dig. Bowles was fantastic at completing each step and keeping things looking organized.
Nothing short of an amazing experience
Working with Bowles to create our dream backyard has been nothing short of an amazing experience. Joel was our designer and was so fast to respond and make changes to all questions we had and requests. The pool was built in a timely manner and we were kept involved every step of the way with Victoria by our side letting us know what would happen and when. Even now that the pool is done i feel comfortable to call and ask questions without any judgement and even though our project is done they still make us feel like a priority. We were taught how to use our pool equipment in depth. We were provided with what we would need once the pool was done and we’re set up for success. The whole Bowles team is truly amazing and i would recommend them 100%
Makes our Trip enjoyable & memorable for us
Four different pool companies came out to give us a quote on the pool we wanted to build. Daryl at Bowles Custom Pools was the only person who gave us drawings of exactly what we wanted.Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We knew everything that was going on and when each phase of the pool build would happen. Daryl, and Victoria were always responsive to our phone calls, texts, and emails. Everyone at Bowles pools were friendly and professional. They did a great job of keeping us updated and happily answered any and all questions we had.Bowles Custom Pools built us the pool we envisioned. We absolutely love, love, love our pool, spa, sun shelf, pool deck, and screening.

Exactly What I had Envisioned
Absolute Perfection! From the moment we started working with Bowles Pools we know we were in good hands. We had many friends who had gotten pools recently and did our homework. Once we met with Daryl we instantly knew that it was a perfect fit. The pool design was perfect and EXACTLY what I had envisioned. The quality of the materials and the professionalism of their team (Larry) was always top notch. We love the look of travertine and are SO glad we ended up going that way because it really makes a statement. Our little oasis is more than we expected and we are thrilled with our whole experience with Bowles.
The Construction Quality is Phenomenal
Bowles Custom Pools did an amazing job on our new in ground pool. The construction quality is phenomenal with high quality materials and everyone who worked on the pool was professional and did great work.Craig, Victoria ,Patty and everyone else at Bowles is professional, friendly and walked us through the process every step of the way and kept us up to date all the way through the process.I especially want to commend Victoria who coordinated everything for us. Victoria is professional , friendly and great at her job. She communicated with us at every stage of the process and happily answered all of our questions.
